The wide pore microsphere silica gel produced by our factory used the most advanced production technology, and the raw material is silicate of soda. The product has low wear rate, high activity and long service life, making it an excellent catalyst or catalyst carrier.

Introduction

The appearance of this kind of silica gel is white transparent or translucent form. Its interior structure is a uniform micropore structure; the physical-chemical properties are stable; thermal stability is good and mechanical strength is high. It’s average diameter is 8.0-12.0nm,specific heat is 0.92kJ/kg·℃,and thermal conductivity is 0.167kJ/ mhr·℃.

Application

This product is used as catalyst and catalyst carrier in some important industrial production of melamine, aniline,o-toluidine, vinyl acetate[ VAC ] , phthalic anhydride [ PA ], maleic anhydride [ MA ], butadiene rubber [ BR ] , acrylonitrile [ AN ] and other products. Also it is widely used in the refined aromatic hydrocarbons removal of petrochemical products. In addition, it can also be used for purification of medicine, selective adsorption separation of organic gas and liquid, and the removal of many harmful elements of the water such as multivalence during the ion-exchange.
